Once the order is confirmed and the account is offered and activated, we do NOT offer returns or refunds. Due to the IPTV account code, we cannot sell it.
Products have a 12-month warranty period during which Gameday IPTV will replace or reimburse any damage or malfunction caused by the manufacturer.
If we are unable to deliver for any reason, we will provide a full refund.
If you received an incorrect product or if the key code has not been activated, a refund/replacement is available.
If the key code cannot be activated for an unknown reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and a refund/replacement will be available.
If you are experiencing problems with the product you purchased, please contact us first with a description of your problem and screenshots or photos taken with a digital camera to give us a clear understanding of the situation. We have technicians on our team who will help you install and activate your software. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare circumstances where our support staff cannot resolve the issue.
